I believe they had a legal obligation to refund the money paid for goods/services not delivered.

The best part is I never paid for it. The BRAG membership came with the purchase of a new Buell motorcycle. To show my thanks, I'll spend it on something Buell for my bike.

Got mine but it came from Harley-Davidson Motor Company not Buell or BRAG and it was for $135...I guess they like me better than you guys.
