This has been covered....including the converted X1s used in the big jump sequence. Al at American Sport Bike had a large part in building the 6(?) X1s they built.

That is a sweet looking X1. Almost looks like the new XB12STT. Al at American Sport Bike designed that, you know!

I didn't "design" it. I supplied most of the dress up parts for it, and gave them some do's and don'ts recommendations. But they did an awful lot I wasn't aware of until I saw the bike pictures as well. And FAST, too. They had the first prototype built start to finish in a week. They built 6 identical bikes, supposedly 5 of them survived the filming. Not sure what happened to them. Some had the 2000 spec front rotor, some didn't, so if you see the movie, you may be able to see shots with the different bikes used. Only a Bueller would notice. Al |

It does get cheesier. There is a moving coming out in March for the Harley side of the garage. Has John Travolta in it, supposed to be a mid life comedy. Cant find the link, but it looks worth the matinee price. Damn snow, I wanna be riding.
