"That started back when someone wrote ASSTRALIA which got my back up! with no apology..." I hear you and agree that it was unwarranted, but you have to admit that it was an isolated remark from one of many who have commented here. You seem to want to perpetuate this nationalist rivalry even absent an opponent. There aren't many places on the net where you will find a better, more intelligent bunch of bikenuts than in here. You should realize that if you are wrong in here, you won't likely find sympathizers anywhere else. |

Court, You are absolutely right! There were other glitches, but that "a hour" one was the most annoying. +1 on the good luck!!! I use grammar and spelling to cull applicants as well. We tend to get a huge number of resumes where I work. |

Stock parts on my S-2 Performance Machine wheels Performance Machine front brakes Exhaust was done by Supertrap Engine, switches, all hand controls from HD All fiberglass bodywork was done in house Sure seemed to be a bunch of American parts--- And probably a bunch more if Court wanted to add to that. I sell abunch of stuff on eBay and some times it is a major pain. You have to spend a bunch of time posting ads, have all items photoed and weighed so you can have an estimate for the bidders, you have to field a bunch of silly questions from folks who refuse to read the entire description(because the answer they are looking for is in said description) and those that ask for a shipping estimate when a simple click on the shipping calculator would give them that info. Then you have to pack the item, label it,take it to P.O. to ship and stand in line(because there is always one.)so the profit from selling your 5.00 item is getting into negative numbers. Then you have the fools that get irate when you don't post positive feedback the same day they pay--as if you might not have anything else going on in your life. |

The big positive for eBay is also its biggest negative. That is, selling internationally provides a larger pool of potential buyers, but it significantly increases the risk of an ignorant jackass winning your auction. I no longer buy or sell anything internationally on eBay for this reason. I have dealt with enough ignorant jackasses eBaying within my own country. |

Aeholton wrote: Davefla - you make me dizzy! You just typed in circles. Sorry Adrian. I thought I'd set that up by writing that "I can see both sides, a little." Should've put a "BUT" in there, maybe. To make things worse, it turns out I'm a hypocrite - I took a look at my eBay Turbolister settings, and I've been charging $2 for handling but haven't been listing it explicitly in the S&H description section!!! (BTW, I spend it on shipping tape & printer labels - hope my buyers don't feel scammed!) |

we all make mistakes. joesbuell can easily do a mutual retraction and remove the negative gig on the seller's feedback profile. comments will remain, but the rating can be removed. We all shoot first, sometimes. joesbuell overlooked a detail, I'm sure we all have. seller didn't deserve the negative feedback, no one here deserved to be called an 'idiot', but we all screw up sometimes. let's all let it go and blame it on those a$$hole uzbekistanis and the gypsies... jakzemash, djekuie! |

Check out the shipping and handling on this one. LOL.. Shipping $515 to zip code 28202. That's downtown Charlotte, NC. Then I realized the helmet and jacket are Charlotte Panther colors. Guess he thinks he'll find I die hard Buell/Panther fan. (Message edited by spectrum on November 12, 2006) |
