Very interesting motor. The chassis is not to my taste though. Parallel twin turbo diesel w/100hp @4200rpm and 144ftlbs of torque at 2600rpm. |

Counter rotating crankshafts; made in Germany? Czyxz (sp?) has been down that road, in the USA, heading to MotoGP. |

I'll bet Gale Banks already has one on order. I love my diesel truck and am intrigued by a diesel bike. I'll bet it's one heavy mother shut yo mouth. |

Just because something can be done, doesn't mean it should be. |

I wonder what it sounds like. It's a shame that none of the audio files on the site have the bike running or accelerating in the background. (Message edited by schwiiing on November 07, 2006) |

If the sound is anything like the TD1 Audi's that swept the Prototype P1 class in the American LeMans Series sport car races this year, they are uncannily quiet. It's unnerving to see a car go that fast and be so quiet! On the other hand, the Corvettes, Porsches and Panoz's, as seen and heard at the Laguna Seca ALMS race recently, sounded as loud, raw and raspy as good race cars should. |
