Did a search for S100 cleaner. Some badwebber says its the same as kitchen cleaner (409 I think?), and another says that there was a post somewhere on badweb about how to make S100 using common ingredients found in the home. Anyone know if this is true, and where I can find the ingredients list? Gary P.S. Did anyone else end up with any of the "fun size" raisinets candies leftover from halloween? The reason I ask is because I cant seem to tear the wrapper open for the life of me. I realize that I'm getting old and decrepid, but Jesus H. Christ these things are impossible to open! Hows a little kid supposed to do it? There's nothing "fun" about these suckers. I'm going to burst a blood vessel! I think I'm going to try using scissors. |

raisinets are notoriously hard to open... teeth are the best tools..oh, scissors too, I suppose... they are DAMN good though!! worth the struggle |

I am the one that is usually claiming that S100 is just glorified 409. I really don't have scientific proof of that fact, but one of the maintenance reps at J&P Cycles (www.jpcycles.com) told our class that we shouldn't waste our money on it. His catalog sells S100, so I am inclined to believe him. |

S100 Detail and Wax: Cannot recommend it more highly. It ROCKS! Best shine ever. S100 Total Cycle Cleaner: Left stains on my Buell's frame. I'd rather just wash the bike conventionally. |

S100 is definately a degreaser, just as Formula 409. The stuff does make my white bodywork look good... I guess it really does the same as Simple Green though too, which I have used for MANY years. Go Green.... Simple Green |

S100 isn't corrosive to your aluminum parts as is Simple Green. I know a few people who work with show bikes and bike restoration and they've ALL told me to avoid using Simple Green. Buy "Honda Brite." It's actually S100, but sold much cheaper at Honda dealers. Don't believe me? Read the fine print. You know it's good stuff because if ANYBODY is more serious about keeping their bikes bright and shiny more than Harley owners, it's GoldWing owners... |

S100 Detail and Wax: Cannot recommend it more highly. It ROCKS! Best shine ever. Blake - I couldnt agree more, I mean 15 bucks for a small tub of wax is a alot but well worth it and with as little paint/plastic is on a buell it does last a long time |
