He was jealous that he can't drag his knee around the circle. His face was priceless when I told him there was nothing in the Vehicle And Traffic Law that said I couldnt drive around the circle. |

LOL I have done this a few times too, but did it in my car. It's actually illegal to do that. Crazy, but it is...atleast in Pa it is. |

I gotta admit to doing the same thing in a traffic circle not too far from here (one of two in the state, I think) "Tipping the mustard" is a new one on me -- I'll not tell you what I THOUGHT the thread was gonna be about ;-} |

Shea, do you know how it's listed in their law? Wondering beacuse if you were in the inside lane and were unable to exit due to vehicles in the right lane, then you would be forced to drive around untill you were clear to exit. Daves, got one thumbs up when I touched knee down and dragged it halfway around. Other faces were like WTF. Bomber, The mustard thing stems from a ride Static,Saintly, Mikexlr and I were on when Static started telling some older passers by that the yellow bike was his and how pretty it is and how he likes mustard. Funny as all hell. |

I don't remember ever seeing a double laned circle anywhere near where I live. I suppose that this law may only apply to single lane circles. I am going to look it up because now it's bothering me. Hell, it may even be classified as something else, like obstruction of traffic. |

I've watched guys almost put their elbows down on that circle. It's a well known merry-go-round. Seems like alot of fun until the geese decide to walk across the road looking for greener grass. |

WTF I never thought of that! I am moving to the East side of Madison soon right next to two traffic circles that are both double laned. The only problem is that most people have no clue how they work. Road Thing, you need to get off of your Okra kick, that stuff will grow hair on your a$$ and for a girl that is not good. You are correct.. Most people have no clue how to navigate a traffic circle. That particular one has the smoothest surface around and has a beautiful radius. It is actually at the end of a very nice tight set of twisties that lasts a few miles. Without any cars (usually AM hours) you can attack it at any lean angle and scrape your puck around the entire circle (usually getting some WTF is that noise looks from the patrons at the gas station). Once titanium pucks are in some nice spark show pics will be in order. Some of you guys from the area here should hook up with us on some rides, always good to have a few other like minded riders around. |

"Road Thing, you need to get off of your Okra kick, that stuff will grow hair on your a$$ and for a girl that is not good. Char Back from Chicago and now in the land of the living." Yeah, but Char, if you look closely at fresh okra you'll note that the hairs are very fine, short and soft. Why, some folks might be tempted to stroke them and rub their faces on them, they look so inviting! HellBuelly J "Veni, Vidi, Vheelie!" --Julius XB12SCGaesar |

...oh, and Bomber, okra juice will NOT kill your stator. As a matter of fact, I have it on good authority that the "+" in the new H-D Formula + primary/trans fluid is actually pickled okra juice! Glad those H-D engineers finally figured it out. I've been running that stuff for years now... HBJ
