Anyone know if the Harley Security System would work on an XB? From the pics it looks like it is a small unit that plugs into the harness. I'm leaning towards a LoJack right now, but this looks like it would be nice if it would work, and less than half the price. |

Save yourself the money, no one pays attention to alarms when they go off anywhere anymore, get good insurance and a case-hardened lock and fasten it to something immobile. Then forget-about-it... |

my alarm makes enough noise for me to here from my garage. other than that, i have insurance and i have no problem getting a new 07. i just dont leave it where people can take it. |

look at it this way...most people don't even know what a Buell is, why would they want to take one? I never wash mine and it is a four season bike I think that makes it a little less stealable. The hardened lock and immovable anchor are also great ideas that work for me. My filthy little Buell spends atleast two nights a week in NYC and I still have it. |
