Photoshop / Imageready If you click on help and do a search ro animate it will give you a nice instructional page to guide you along. I'm sure there are others, but that is the only one that I have personal experience with. | ||

 If you are worried about file size getting too large, crop and compress each frame individually before running it into Imageready and building the animation. Each of these were done that way, and are only about 200k - 300k. I dont think that's too bad for a multi-frame image with decent quality. | ||

i need to set my comp screen in the corner at night with that on. it'll keep all the mice out, lol. just kidding court! actually this is intersting to me because we got a pic of me in a corner at the dragon, and a different bike in the same corner almost the same exact place, that a friend and i thought would be cool to do a gif with.
