I like mine snug, so when I shake my head "no" it don't move. |

Always buy them snug. They all loosen up as they break in. Buy them comfortable from the get-go, and when they break in they'll be too loose. |

I have to agree with Glitch. IMO a new helmet should be a little snug as they seem to break in. Hope that makes sense. |

My helmet, which I thought was fine for about a year, now feels too loose. Go with the smaller size. |

I bought a helmet that fit comfortably. I ended up having to add foam to snug it up after a while Buy it a little snug. |

I wear the free helmet the dealer gave me. It's loose and drafty. I hate helmets so I'm not buying another one until this one completely falls apart. |

thanks for the responses, the helmet is very snug on the "crown" of the head and touches my cheeks, but doesn't press firmly on my cheeks. if i use my hands to try to turn the helmet the cheek pads will give some and it will move, but the top of my head only the skin moves with the helmet. good fit or not? |

Sounds like you have a "Long Oval" head, (as I do). Most helmets come in one shape, sort of a round oval. You might want to try an Arai Profile, which replaces the "Signet" their long oval model and see if that fits better. Arai also has several different cheek pads, so with a little work, and a bit of luck, you should get a perfect fit. I never get tired of wearing mine

You'll know you have the proper fit if the helmet doesn't shake and buffet on your head at speed. If it does, it's too loose. |
