I'm thinking of painting my new idler pulley to match the bike. Good idea.....Bad idea? Discuss. |

as long as you mask her off properly so as to not paint the outer diameter or the bearing. I don't see any problem other than not getting total coverage on the part. |

i painted mine and haven't had any problems. i have about 600 miles on it since it has been painted. every thing is working fine. |

You're painting it white? It'll look cool. If you paint the inside black, it'll give it some needed contrast. |
