Anybody know anything about folding motorcycle trailers? I my garage is getting pretty full and looking for the smallest trailer. I found these three - http://www.motorcyclecarrier.net/motorcycle_trailers_stoaway.html http://www.motorcyclecarrier.net/motorcycle_trailer_stinger.html http://www.wee-haul.com/index.html Has anybody used/owned any of these? I am leaning towards the stowaway since I like how it folds up. The stinger doesn't have a ball receiver on it so you have to bolt to the car every time you hook it up. Which could be a bonus for theft reasons. Also appears to be pretty low and would drag easy on driveways etc. The weehaul one looks to be the nicest but is much more expensive. The only one I have seen in person is the stinger and it looks pretty good except for the bolt on the receiver deal. Any other suggestions are appreciated. |

I have Kendon folding trailer, it certainly doesn't fold like some of those listed, it does fold and fits snugly against the wall of my garage. It is very high quality trailer and is manufactored in SoCal, either in Anacrime or Fullerton, 714 area code. Take a look at their web site. http://www.kendontrailers.com/index.htm |

Those seem kind of expensive. Found a site with much more reasonable prices, but never seen their trailers so I can't speak to there quality. http://www.sportutilitytrailers.com |

Thanks for the links. Unfortunately I do have a height issue also. The far end of my garage has a shelf that over hangs and ideally would want the trailer there in front of my car. Which limits height to 5 ft. and I only have about 32 inches depth wise in front of my car. Spectrum, those trailers look pretty good and might fit with some disassembly. I wish there was a place where I can check them out and get measurements. |
