we should know in about an hour or so if we qualify to be Taos' new parents. We can then finalize the plans to get him on the Badweb Train towards Iowa. At this point it looks like Kim will pick him up at 12:00 tomorrow and then head to Colorado Springs to meet up with Tim and Fester. They will shuttle him to KC. I need to talk to Kandie to see if she wants to go to KC or have Lowflyer shuttle him north towards Iowa on Sunday. At any rate, this would not have happened without help from some really good people. People we would not have known if it weren't for Buells and Badweb! |

>>>>we should know in about an hour or so if we qualify to be Taos' new parents. We've all got our paws crossed waiting! This dog likely has no idea about how lucky he is.

Anyone goes through the hoops that you two have to get this puppy home certainly deserve to be parents! I know it's all about paperwork, but it's a no-brainer. Secondly, if they think they can say "no", then they'll have to answer to some really great people on BadWeb |

Lowflyer, Is the offer still good to bring Taos north towards Iowa on Sunday good? Kandie has to be at work early Monday morning so if we could save some miles, time by having you meet us part way that would be great. |

Alright Lee see you at about 6am on Sunday morning. Kim see you tomorrow night. I feel like we are doing something very illegal for some reason, almost like a drug runner but really only a dog runner. Alright I am outta here. I'll post up some pics Sunday. |

I have arranged to extract the package from Blackfoot CP Sunday at approx. 0600 hours (having had). I will then press north at maximum legal velocity expecting ETA at 0825 Hrs. in Decatur City, IA. I have no intel with which to determine a suitable rendezvous point, so we'll have to improvise. |

This is getting better by the minute. I feel I should be doing something. Just not in the right position. What a great group. Helping where help is needed. Dave/Kandie you are doing a fine thing with fine folks helping you. This is a wonderful thing. How many people are in chain of deliverance? |

This has been a fun thread to follow. I love a happy ending. I guess Taos has several Buell parents now! Safe travels to all those involved! |

Tim and I are currently heading down 70 West at max speed in a red bull and nicotine fueled blur. We are about 20 miles from Hayes, KS. All is going well, and we should hit CS around 9am. Are the strip clubs open that early??????? LOL More updates from the road to follow. |

Tim and I are heading east with one dog in tow. He has had a stressful day and in crashed in the backseat. We should hit KC around 3 or 4 am. Wait till you all see the pics of me and tim standing in snow on pikes peak. It has been a very good day. Glad we could take part. |

Well Matt and I finally made it to KC at around 6am. We stopped for a quick cat nap that turned into a coma. I just handed Taos off to Lee and the third and final leg of this adventure is going down. Ok, I am beat and am going to crash. |
