Boy, I sure wish it was more socially acceptable to ride like that in this country!! Those guys look like me headed across town for a BRAG meeting in afternoon traffic. |

I was not impressed. The riders really aren't that good. The guy with the camera on his bike is not very smooth in the corners, particularly right handers. They are going to be statistics very very soon riding like that. |

While I will admit that there are times I ignore the posted speed limit, I do keep it in my lane. The guy with the camera on his bike is not very smooth in the corners, particularly right handers. I lost count of how many times he changed line for no apparent reason. At least they have full faced helmets...easier to identify... |

To me it looks like a fairly normal motorcycle ride. For sure if you crossed the centre line that often here in England you'd be dead meat in a very short time but otherwise it looks ok. If they had Buells they wouldn't need to change gear so often but on a GSX-R it's all part of the fun. |

talk about small world. thats the shop in athens greece (papastavrou shop) where i got my sidi raceboots. i also got a ride back to the hotel from a shop guy, though he certainly didnt ride like that. he did ask me on a date (which i declined, but he was VERY cute). i already had plans that night with my parents and we were leaving greece the next day they sell sidi, dainese, etc, and are a small functional shop, so i bet they follow racing pretty closely. so...the young guys who work there prob like to push limits and show off - thus the posted videos. i carry my helmet, boots, and back protector in a bag that has their shop name on it! D p.s. no i dont condone their riding, i think the yellow line crossing is just stupid. the rest of it.....i'd advise on a track! (Message edited by buellgirlie on August 09, 2006) |

Looks like he camera-mounted rider almost rode off the road in the first few seconds of the video. Risky riding on public roadways gives us all a bad name. (by public roadways I mean roads that are occupied by other vehicles, I sometimes mess around in my OWN lane... but there isn't anyone in sight) |
