Author Message   Slowride Posted on Thursday, July 27, 2006 - 03:14 pm:        I have been riding the new to me 99' x1 for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed that it stumbles off idle just a hair. The previous owner stated he reset the TPS and he has had no issues with it. Well, true the bike starts and runs good, but I notice this slight hesitation just off idle when taking off from a light. The rest of the power band in all gears is strong. The bike is bone stock outside of the Race ECM and the VH SSR2 pipe. The filter is even stock. Here is a pics of the bike. Should be ~1100 RPM IIRC (faster than a typical HD idle). Easy for you to check and adjust.
