The Choco fountain shot was from a baby shower my wife put on for a friend two weeks ago. I just wanted to give Dora something to heal up for. When I did my wife's 40th bash last November, that fountain was pumping dark chocolate. I wanted to drink from that baby let me tell you. The charred meat manfood was my race consolation. Mama it was goooood, but not as good as the races. |

Vik, Woulda coulda want to! That looks like time well spent. Did you get my e-mail? I'd like to get out on the track and was wondering if you would be interested as a Zoom Zoom guy to come to ASBN and give a presentation and talk about the track, what it's like, what it's done for you, cost, all that stuff. Then we'll make a date for the track day and have an ASBN destination event at your track. I think there would be a lot of interest. If it's helpful, I can confirm that before you commit. What do you think? (Message edited by jon on July 24, 2006) |

Didn't get the email, Jon. If you sent it to my SacBORG account, then it's probably lost in oblivion (that account is so baddly overrun by spammers it's obnoxious). I mainly use the account: my screen name at comcast.net I'd have to run it by the board; but, I don't see there being a problem with representing Zoom Zoom. I remember years ago a track day provider came out to an ASBN event (back when it was at the Firehouse) and that was a good thing. I could probably bring down my race bike, too. Reno/Fernley could be a track that would reward a Buell. It is an extremely technical track and Reno is a pretty fun place to spend the night. I'll dig up more information and get back to you. If you take note in the picture above, that's Leigh's SV500. I spent the weekend riding it and giggling as I passed bigger bikes. Fun little bike. Vik |

Right on, Vik! Bringing your race bike would be a bonus indeed. If you would like to bring any multimedia files I can bring my projector or Jim Armstrong can run it through the big screen TV. If you just prefer to talk, that's OK too. An overnight deal in Reno sounds like a blast. I'll eagerly await the details. Also let me know what 1st Monday of any month works for you. That's when ASBN meets. Thanks! |

Leigh's bike. Very nice. I'd like to build a monster. But I need to build a garage thingy in the back for my scoots. I am officially out of room. |

Angelwild327, You ain't kidding about the power of chocolate. When we had that thing pumping dark on my wife's birthday, it was like heroin for the guests..guys too. What we did was chop up large bite size pieces of fruit (banana, apple, strawberrie, etc) and dense cake like squares of various flavors, marshmellows, cookies, and other stuff. I got scolded for using my fingers to hold stuff under the flow of the precious nectar rather than use a toothpick like a civilized person. |
