Hey Alex, Did you know Floyd Landis is from Penn? Pretty cool, another American wins the Tour deFrance. If you asked most Americans I'm sure they wouldn't have any idea who he is or what the Tour is. |

Way to go Floyd!! I watched it every evening when I got home from work. What a come back after being down by 8 minutes. I even got up at the crack of dawn this morning and rode my bike (bicycle) 65 miles as a tribute to the man. Actually I've been training for a 100 mile ride at the end of August. |

Mike, I don't know Floyd, he did grow up in the heart of Amish country, close to where I grew up. http://www.floydlandis.com/blog/ is his website, dug around there a bit, not sure when he became a Californian and not a Pennsylvanian. VERY cool to have another American win! Bet most Americans know who Lance is, but not the race or Floyd. |

What is it.... 11 times in the last 21 that an american has won the tour. Why is it the american winners all had/have something bad happen to them. Greg was shot in the back and came back to win. Lance survived cancer to come back and win. Floyd just needs a new hip. |

Awesome! USA! His comeback from the 8 minute deficit was very impressive. I thought it was over at that point. I raced in college and have been getting back on the bike this summer, will be doing a triathlon in August, but I think I want to focus on just biking after the tri. Go Floyd! And he lives near me, or I live near him... |
