are we gonna do the 218, 9w, 301 thing or head north again? got a buddy that wants to get some seat time trying to set up his 636. he's a very good dirt rider but very unsure of the zx6, (it doesn't slide, throws him all off). i figured we can at least get him going in the right direction(the couple of hours hammer and i put into my bike running comparison laps on 218 have been invaluable, it made all the difference in the world). another friend wants to borrow my xr and tag along as well. he's a noob so i'll be waitin up for him at any and all turn off's. | ||

my bud with the 636 is like hammer before the badge. put the two of them together on a road trip and i can bet some serious memories will be made. they will "feed" off of each other! can't wait for our next deals gap trip. | ||

just wait, your buying a ring! then comes mini-me and the next thing you know sleeping past 6:30 seems like a luxury. you may laugh now but trust me on this, i have two kids. when they're little they're like the energizer bunny, and you don't dare stay in bed and leave them up to their own devices. | ||

9 am I should be able to make  I have been getting up early for work these last week. I will have to leave around 5:30 or so if I am to make it by 9am. Depending on where you are going I could meet you guys a bit further north a bit later on, but if you are staying down that way I will meet you at the top of perkins. Let me know. -Patrick | ||

statik, top of the park, it's called perkins memorial drive(on the right). if you start goin downhill you missed it. or, just meet me at maroneys hd about 8:15. doon, cool if you can make it. looks like we'll probably be doin local twisties(some really great roads within ten miles of the park). weather could be an issue, looks iffy right now. how far away are you. if you want we could do another catskills ride and meet up that way. maybe next sunday? | ||

I live about 40 miles west of albany, so about 130 miles from Bear Mountain (if I take the slab -- 87), but will probably stick to 9w or 32 since it is a much nicer ride, but a bit slower. Hey Statik I will be coming right past new paltz and can meet you somewhere around there and bring you to the top of perkins. Mike, Oh Don't worry about the distance, etc.. I need to ride. Just pulled an 18 hour day at the office pulling fiber, coax and CAT-5 in preperation to move a Phone Switch Monday. I will be down, and hopefully by 9 (But if you would give me a couple minutes leeway that would be cool ) And if you all come up this way into the catskills next weekend, I can prolly meet you also. See ya all tomorrow, /me can't wait | ||
