I'm looking for the steering stops mounted actually glued to the frame of my 2000 cyclone that prevents the steering column from hitting the gas tank. One of them is missing and every time I move the bike and turn too tight it rubs the tank scratching the paint. I have a parts manual but can't seem to find them in there. Any ideas?

Part # Z0023.L "Bumper Kit, fork tube (bumpers & adhesive)". Listed under frame and engine mounts in parts book. Hope this helps.

I still have a sealed kit I got 5 years ago. The parts guy at a dealer thought you needed one for each side.

They work really good. The stops I glued on 5 years ago are still on.

My fork stops fell off at 50 miles.

I used Gorrilla Glue & a wrap of black electrical tape to hold them while the glue dried, & just left the tape on.

I just put new fork bumpers on my 2002 M2 last night. I roughed-up the paint a little bit with sandpaper where the old one was, hoping the new bumper would hold better. Otherwise, it's a simple glue on deal.
