A teaser eh? Well truth is, I need a digi camera coz the Sony Ericsson 810i phone ain't that good for this kinda application. I got the tank and tail section back from paint today. Assembled the tank etc. I got the seat back from the upholsterer yesterday. The seat is black suede. The paint is black base coat then black coat with holographic rainbow flake and clear\silver flake mix, then seven coats of lacquer. The fonts are sprayed kinda gunmetal with fine silver flake but the neat trick is, which I can't demonstrate here, is the black tinted lacquer coat too. The fonts can be seen clearly but they almost disappear depending on where the light catches and where you're viewing from. It's a ghost thing lol. Once I get a camera sorted I'll get a thread up, and post proper pic's.  Thanks for the birthday greetings. You guys rock! Rocket | ||

I don't ever remember in 7 years past letting the BadWeB know it's (was) my birthday . Now I know why Seriously though, thanks very much. It really does feel good to get these kind messages even though I'm a tough guy who takes death threats daily in his stride, lol!!!!!! I'm really gonna have to get a camera sorted, and clean that damn big hairy Buell. Sods law, I didn't receive the new battery in the post this morning either. That's two screw ups in two days, so no riding till the week ahead. However, the weather is forecast fantastic so I feel at least one day off next week. Rocket | ||

I sent it back under warranty three weeks ago. I should have had a replacement Friday, then this morning, but now I'm told Monday. It's no big deal, but my friends rode down to Market Deeping this morning to go demo ride the KTM Supermotard and the Superduke 950. I was contemplating going with them had I been able to palm my daughter of with my mum. I wasn't so I ain't too bothered. Nearly 13 year old, going on 27, daughter much more fun anyway (when she ain't nagging) Rocket | ||

I rode a KTM super moto not too long ago. Man oh man! those things have a grin factor that rivals my XB9S! Loads of fun! If you get another chance don't pass it up. | ||
