Right back at all of you..... Even though my heathan is 3, this is the first Dads day I ahev been around for...though, I have usually been around, or set something up for her mother.... I dont even know what this day shoul consist of....at least from my perspective.. BUT, its not like it makes any difference... I spend the whole night with my daughter last night(as I don almost every night these days), and we did our own thing... Just being able to see her almost everyday is good enough for me.. Joe, I want that sticker, though I would have to modify it to make it accurate for me... Chase |

Very True Joe... BUT, on the same token, since I spend every night with her, I would really like to take this day to go ride... adn I am talking about, riding to Houston, or Austin, somewhere, just trun the phone off, grab the card(for gas), adn just RIDE, with no direction or destination... BUT, that aint gonna happen, I have to maek sure the house is clean, get my uniforms for the week ready(yes, I iron and crease my cammies), etc.... Oh well...hahaha..no, not mad or upset... Chase |

Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there! I find it amazing how one small bundle can so completely change your lives forever... You dads know what I'm talking about. No matter what their age, just their being alive influences the daily decisions you make. The legacy you give to your children is your core values, much more important than money. So be good to one another, and enjoy the day! I lost my dad a couple of years ago very suddenly. He was a hardworking, honest man who lived a very full life. I thank God for the treasures he gave me, and I'll celebrate the memories I have of him today. We also celebrated our own Father's Day last week since Al is at the races this week (who just decides which weekend Father's Day is anyway? Is it always the 3rd Sunday? and who decided that?) Anyway, enjoy the day, dads! |

Happy Father Day indeed! My day started with some man candy (smoked oysters) and is being reinforced with home made guacamole and chips, barbecued steak strips, home made chicken enchiladas, blah, blah, blah, and the gift item for dear Daddy was three kid made cards and a KBC helmet for my non-Buell Yamaha YZF400. Wooohooo! Real fathers have gas! |

My day has been GREAT!!!! Got to sleep in, was awaken by my son (3 yr) then I got to open cards from him, my Daughter (5 yr), and Wife (of 10 yrs). My gift was a California road atlas to take with me on my road trip ventures. We all went to go see "Cars", then had lunch at Chili's, came home and played on the Slip-N-Slide and am now enjoying a LARGE Margarita...all in all a pretty good day!!!!! Have a great day all you Dad's and Dad's to be!!!!!! |
