I just bought a City-X and it is a little anemic.I don't want to use the hit and miss method . I want low end grunt , quicker revs , sound .I've seen ecm , pipe and air cleaners as kits but what works best ? |

On my City X I have buell Race ECM, Exhaust and a K&N Air filter... My Air box is swiss cheesed... I wouldn't mind a slightly louder exhaust but to be on the practical side something that can still be jacked up from under the can.. |

My cityX has K&N filter/Race ECM/Special Ops exhaust and removed snorkel. I have not yet modified my airbox, but am thinking about it. My pants-o-meter tells me there is more grunt. It also seems to spin up a little quicker as well. |

My CityX has an American Sport Bike open air box, Norris Performance billet catch can (available from kdfab.com), Micron exhaust and a Direct Link tuned ECM.

You should fit some axle sliders , they will save you $$$$$ in the event of a slide. I learned the hard way!!!!!!! And... frame pucks ( if not fitted as standard) or CF frame guards. |
