Ok people... here are some rides I figured I would post I announced the weekly sunday fling at the Twins Pizza parlor here in Clio until the end of August. Trophys given out for the most origonal American and forgein bike, etc. I will be attending it regularly.. another couple rides have come up from sources here at my job. June 24th (Saturday) there is a Charity ride to support local less-fortunate children in New Lothrup (near me) it starts around 10-12, costs $10/bike and/or $5/rider all procedes go to local children for gifts durning Christmas. it ends up @ a local bar around 6. Let me know if you are interested in coming. Also in Sept. there is a Poker run around Owosso. Around 1000 bikes will be there. I am thinking about going just to be the odd man out of the crowd. I just got more details on the ride for Saturday 24th. It is called Bike Run for Erica's Kids.. Starts @ Graci's Bar in New Lothrop @ 10:00 w/ breakfast bar & Juice. Route is a hidden secrete (or so I am told) @ 6:00 last bike gets back to the starting point to where food and a band will be there. Cost is $10/bike $5/Rider. All Procedes going to Purchase of Gifts for Area Kids for X-mas. If you are interested in going give me a shout, or call my cell 810-877-4680. Come on ride, and help a good cause |
