1. This would be a post better suited for the Thumper Forum (all about Blasts) 2. If you are going to tackle things yourself, buy the Service Manual. It is very worth it. (Message edited by 99buellx1 on June 09, 2006) |

I have never taken the wheel off a Blast but ! can't imagine an easier bike to do it on. Lift the bike off the ground, make sure it can't tip over. Take the nut off the axle,remove axle,carefully remove wheel and be really careful slipping the belt past the pulley. When you put it back together just do it in the opposite order. The manual would be a very good investment if you plan on working on the bike yourself. |
