so i was wondering if there was any place on the internet that you can get tech sheets on performing maintenance to my 2002 M2 Cyclone. I need to change the crankcase/primary gasket and the rear brake pads. any help would be great.

P.S. Also would like to wrap my exhaust. any tips or techniques??? and another question about that, how do you get the front mount bolt for the slip-on off the bike? seems like the damn bolt is welded on (i.e. it wont turn).

Buell Service Manual.

Worth every penny.
You can get it from many of the board sponsors.

Yeah...i'm gonna pick one up but i have to wait 2 weeks untill i get paid again. i have all the parts and i want to do it now. got a feeling i'm gonna get really good at working on my 'Clone cause am now purchasing a new car and therefore don't have money to have a dealer do the work. Thanks anyway.

I changed the primary gaskets and rear brakes shoes without even looking at the manual. It's pretty self explanatory how everything fits together.

Yeah a service manual will be the way to go, worth every penny. Don't be afraid to put a greasy finger print in it somewhere, that will make it look like it was used and not just a show piece.

As said many times before on this board check the KV, probably better than any service manual, keep plenty of green tinker toys on hand...
