I know it's in the XBoard, but I thought I'd throw it here as well. I had the LED marker lights that LP makes - it's an oval with 8 led's. THEY SUCK. You cannot see them on a sunny day, at all, period! So in an effort to save my hide from getting rear-ended, I picked up a set of the Shock Racing marker lights. They have several different styles, depending on your preference. I picked up the Mini 5. Here's pics: This one packs 15 LED's inside and alters the interior surface of the clear lens so that it spreads the light out better. I picked them up directly from http://www.shockracing.com - I had them in my hands within a couple days. |

Depends on the shop... No, they are not DOT approved, but some shops may pass them anyway since they are pretty bright... I have no problems getting my bike to pass inspection, but then again I pay for it and my tire changes with beer... |
