Best wishes for a speedy recovery William. A blown front tire at speed can be a real nightmare scenario. You are obviously one tough hombré to experience the resulting off-road excursion and be out of the hospital so quickly. Will be looking forward to hearing the detailed play-by-play. |

I just talked with MR on the phone. He is doing well but the bruised lung gives him a little difficulty breathing. His Liver took a beating as well. The docs said his vertebra will heal on its own and is on limited activity for 6 weeks. No TLSO brace (turtle shell) needed. He is expected to leave the hospital today if they don't need to do anymore blood tests. He is in good spirits and yes, it is all on film. I told him he has a get well thread going and he is very appreciative. (Message edited by black_sunshine on March 20, 2006) |

Thanks for the prayers and for caring. I am back at home and really sore. Charles and Jeremy are two of the best people a person could ever know. I love both of them and will never forget what they did. It will take a while to get over this. I have to go back in two weeks to get my liver checked out. I will rest up tonight and try and give more details tomorrow. Just keep praying and everything will turn out great. |

Thanks for all the support. Everyone has been so nice. If my liver turns out to be nothing much the rest of me seems to be fine. I am so sore it hurts to talk or type but I have had so much support that I need to let people know how thankfull I am. Just keep me in your prayers and everything will be fine. |
