1965 was the last time an American manufacturer won the Daytona 200. Roger Rieman on a Harley. I'm really hoping we can take this one. Go Buell!

Yes it was a good year, if I do say so myself. Since this was the first year I graced the world with my presences, then my first attendance of the 200 may have the same effect. (Message edited by M2nc on February 28, 2006) |

I'm rather partial to 1967 myself. But I did once drive a car from 1965. It was a Doge Dart. My mother had owned it before she married my dad, which tells you how long my family held on to cars. I occasionally wonder if I was concieved in it. |
