It never did get very warm today but it did manage to get into the 40s. I had a blast on a few of my favorite roads. Hwy 60 and Black Mountain Road. Throw in a few side roads and it does not get any better. No traffic, just wide open roads and me on the XB. I hate it for all you people who could not get out today. God I am so lucky to get to live in north Ga. !!!!!!!!!!!

My thermometer read 40 this afternoon so I suited up and fired out towards some curves. Almost lost a few fingers to frostbite but it was well worth it. It looks like it may warm up for this coming week, if so I'm setting a goal of 200 miles. This is why I moved to the mountains! NUTS

Mountainrider, going to be around Tuesday, the 28th? Or do I have to go riding with the KTM guy again? I plan to head up for a little R&R, Riding & Relaxing. |

Mountainrider, I can't wait to get back and join you! I'll be getting a Ulysses in July or August when I get home, and I will be living in Atlanta for a year or so. So I will be spending a lot of time up thataways... Can't wait to ride those roads again! |

Kdan You and Al will have to ride. For some reason I have to work to survive. The whole week looks great. I just hope the weekend does not suck. |

You guys make me sick!! The temps are nice here(TX). But the roads are arrow straight and the scenery is suburbia for a 100 miles. |
