I hope a riding enthusiast wins that bike, not a collector that will hide it away. Ride now, restore later! These things are meant to be ridden. |

Pull up this auction and hit "View this seller's other items" including: 79 Honda CBX 2000 Buell M2 95 Triumph Daytona 70 Triumph Bonneville The last item he has feed back for was a 72 BMW R-Series. Looks like someone is unloading their bike collection. |

Look very closely to the rims, and other parts of the bike. Is it me, or is it pitted? I worry about bikes that sit around for a long time, and being stored improperly. |

I wouldn't mind it sitting next the RS1200 and S1. Sure would be terrible to have to decide which one to ride. |

Ah c'mon Blake. Your first effort was cute. This was just wimpy. Fire that imagination up again Josh, Last I heard Buelliedan was doing very good things at the shop that's somewhere between Denver, and the farm where the Team Elves party was held, that Blake also went to and enjoyed their hospitality. You know. The one that gets Blake all twisted up nowadays..... |

Well - it went for $6,100 to a car and bike dealership in Ft. Lauderdale. Hope they find a good home for it! That bike is really nice, even with the silly skulls and hokey Harley grips! I've saved a few of the photos from the auction so that I can use them for reference for my RS - the rear brake master and linkage is set up different than mine, which got my interest. I sure hope the value on the RS series eventually goes back up! al |
