I used this part in my 03'-04' drive belt conversion. It is a 27T front pulley sprocket (drive pulley). Est. retails for $65. So it fits 91'-02'(S1, X1) and 04' (XB). (except the same as 06' XB12X and XB12Ss). 40218-00Y is a new part number for 40288-95 It is a part # from year 2000, tube frame bikes. **side note** S3 takes 29T sprocket but can be changed to the 27T or the Andrews 26T.
