I found the BadWeB, I reckon sometime in late 1998 or early 1999, though until today I thought I first arrived in 1997. Anyway, I bought my S1W Lightning Strike in August 1998 and I still have it. Funny enough, I came across some old photo's the other day from when I first bought the S1W, and it's totally stock in these old photo's. That was a shock, looking at it today in its much modified form. Thousands of ££££££ later and I still haven't quite finished LOL I know Blake still has his M2 from back then. I got my 2000 M2 in 2001, was on Badweb since I really can't remember when. Earliest post I can find was from 2002, but I think I probably changed IDs at some early point. The M2 is still in the garage, right next to my Firebolt. I can't, nor ever will, get rid of the Cyclone. Too many memories there. Awesome idea for a thread, Rocket! | ||

Does my 05 XB9SX count? Bought in Nov. 04. Found Badweb in Aug. 03 after going to an HD dealer in Wisconsin and seeing the Buell's. It's gotten worse ever since. I can't stop buying Buell stuff. Somebody help me... Er... Nevermind. Can't stop.... | ||

Rocket old chum, my current '97 Cyclone is my third Buell. Crashed and totalled the first '97 Cyclone back in April '99; after healing up, I bought a brand new '00 model from Brian Nallin at Shreveport H-D/Buell; went to work in Jersey and found another sweet '97 in May of '01; bought it; rode it home to Texas; sold the '00. I'm now jonesin for a Uly. | ||

I still have one of the Buells I owned when Badweb started. . . sold 4 of the others. But, alas, my "first Buell" was sold to a drug dealer in Wichita, KS and wrecked . . . get this. . . | ||

I still have my first Buell. A blue 99 Cyclone M2 that I bought while I was stationed in Italy. Like many of you have said, it's been an excellent bike and there are so many great memories. I love my 03 XB9R, but the Cyclone has been a true warrior and it's a keeper. | ||

Still have my first Buell, a 1998 S3T bought in the spring of '99. I parted out my second Buell to build my S1W (trying to save the classics ). The wife's bike was purchased just over a year ago from a fellow Badweb rider. It's only a matter of time before we add a 4th Buell to the garage. |
