what you mean the "war on drugs" is loosing? Which is why ole Shrub needs to spend a little less in Iraq and a little more on American Border security. They found pot on that day. But who knows how much meth, crack, herion passed through that tunnel on the days before. And they (big brother) knew about the tunnel for over 2 years. How many drugs deaths happened becuase of the delay? | ||

Here is how you win the war on drugs: It's a supply and demand problem. If no one did drugs, no one would be selling drugs, and no law enforcement would be needed. Drinking didn't stop during Prohibition, no amount of enforcement will stop the drug trade, it's up to the people. Irks the hell out of me that folks will go out of their way to eat 'dolphin safe' tuna but have no morals when it comes to their need for drugs. I grew up reading the paper about Columbian Cartels killing cops, lawyers and judges for the Cocaine trade, now our brothers south of the border have picked up those tricks to move Marijuana. Doing drugs kills people, and I aint talking about the end users. It's not up to our government, Big Brother, or Law Enforcement to stop it, it boils down to individuals making a choice and understanding the broader consequences of their actions. | ||
