ok. First I'd like to say thank you to everyone that picthed in through paypal.. I've never had anyone just send me money before.. $20 or $100 it didnt matter, it all helped us out. I'm not too far behind in bills. I was hoping I could get away with KEEPING THE BIKE but I'm still getting a little more behind each month and now I just found out we have to go back to cabo within the next few weeks. here are some emails from our attorneys. I hope you and her are better now with the good news about the case, the criminal is already in the state prission in La Paz, we have to go to La Paz to make sure he is in there paying for his crime, this case is almost done, we have talked with the judge and the district attorney and they said the criminal does not have nothing to argue in his favor, we also will present if we need the eye -witness of the scene. Due we have to make some expenses we need you sent us the rest of the money 1,000.00 dolars to finish this as soon as possible, we have the justice with us, the criminal does not have money to pay an attorney, his parents are broke, so this is a piece of cake. that sounded good but then I got this one.. Today we had a hearing open court, Pablo the acussed hire an attorney, he is doing his work trying to reclassify the crime, attemp criminal instead rape. We had a long argue about the case, is necesary her come back to Cabo to state one`s agreement thereto the criminal complaint against Pablo, this is very import because, when she did it last time the guy who translated her complain was not an official transletor, as the law ask. So his attorney is going to use tha weak point to fell down the complain, we need her come with us to the court to state one`s agreemnet thereto the criminal complaint against Pablo with an official translator. This is very import to win the case sooner. Please tell her, make a space in her schedule and let us know when she can fly to Cabo for a couple days to do what we have to do, remember the case in now in the court and this is the harder part of it. We need your assitence. I will be in touch. Lic. Juan Carbajal and another As soon as she come back will be great, she needs to be only two days here. The accused´s attorney will be ask to the judge, that she present again for a confrontation hearing ( The accused is brought face to face with her who will testify against him), We do not want that happend, so we need to take an advantage, and then disappear her to prevent this happend. Juan Carbajal this is the newspaper from a few days after it happened, finally got it.  so my income tax return was going to go to my credit cards that I maxed out in november but now I have to get 2 more tickets and hotel. nice. misato - i hope that you know the badweb community is keeping you and her in our thoughts. i know that i, personally, have sent good wishes, money through paypal, and some translation help - i hope that others are stepping up as well. i am terribly sorry that you have to go through this, and hope that you and your girlfriend will come through this stronger and better, and at peace. take care, D | ||
