Never seen any. Would love to see some footage of the XBRR in action. Bet it would sell some bikes too. GO BUELL! |

Mike, there was at least one some good one in the last year or two. I saw this one several times; not sure which network it was on: Shows an XB12R on a twisty road in the southwest U.S. BURNING up the curves. Rider appears to be making repeated passes down a really twisty stretch. NICE V-twin exhaust sounds. Narrator says something about "Owning the corners", camera finally pulls back to high aerial view of road and to show that curves in road have been rearranged to say "MINE" in cursive. Pretty cool. |

I was at an airport bar (somewhere) years ago and saw what I think was a local dealer that had a TV commercial for Buells. The sound was off, but I still vividly remember the sight of an X1 and M2 doing wheelies side-by-side towards the camera. Not PC, but very cool. |

You know, it's a pity one of the Buell faithful hasn't posted an MPG of that ad somewhere.... Dave- tell us more, please!!! |

Not sure if I've posted this already, but a week or three ago on the local evening news they had a blurb about the Buell Homecoming in June in East Troy. Don't know if this was a sign of things to come or not. |

There was an older one too, I think it was called "have a nice day", where there's a guy doing a burnout, smoke everywhere, blah blah, and then at the end they pan out and it turns out he made a burnout in the shape of a smiley face. Also not exactly PC, but still pretty cool. There should be mpgs out there somewhere! I've seen them. . . maybe not "legally" out there, copyright and all, but out there somewhere. Usually, they're canned ads run by a local dealer on cable advertising. We had some out there for a while, mixed in with the canned harley ads. Cable advertising is QUITE pricey though, at least around here, the way they have it divided into zones and channel packages blah blah. So that may be part of the problem. We haven't done it in a while. |

The last ones I saw were in late '02 advertising the new '03 Lightning models. Hopefully we will see a new commercial during the Superbowl. Is that what you are laughing about, DaveS? |

I believe Buell used to advertise during XFL games. Google search Buell and XFL http://www.americaniron.com/news.cfm?NEWSID=1586 DAve |

Just saw a preview of some of the Superbowl ads on TV and I saw a Black ULY going through a glass storefront and coming to a skid inside. It was just a couple of seconds so I have no idea what they were advertising on the commercial. Just a heads up! Pablo |
