Grumpy, Are you talking about the commercial side or consumer side of the industry, sort of makes a huge difference. Post what you need and someone, if anyone, will probably ping you offline. OK joshin aside, I'm looking for contacts for some publicity, it's Automobile related. Roger I'm going to tell Ingrid, then you'll be in trouble. And yes CJ you're not wrong. Hey Grumpy.. Over here we have Sirius Satellite Radio and they have an automotive channel (ok, so it's NASCAR mostly) but you may be able to get some time with them to promote/interview etc. Heck, I even wrote them asking for MC related programming... Hopefully something will come of it.. I mean, they do sponsor two Buells. Also, depending on the project, you could easily contact some of the big news outlets for a little 'human interest/consumer interest' coverage. They will, on occasion cover stories the 'hard news' types see as filler. But hey, it's exposure and that sounds like what you're looking for. Other then that, you may want to contact a publicity company. They have contacts pre-established with a lot of outlets and can probably set up regional and local coverage of whatever you're involved in. On the other side of the coin. I used to live across the street from Liv Tyler (when she was just a cute little girl, living with mommies parents). Don't know her personally, she was a bit young for me at the time.. heck.. if only I'd known.. Oh well... | ||

Actually, I do have a good friend that is an editor for a H-D related bike mag at Primedia Publishing. You could contact me off-board with a general idea of what it is you are looking to do, and maybe I could get you some contacts to the auto magazine guys from him.
