that was linked here some time ago, Ghost Rider has got some serious balls to be clipping along in traffic at +340 kph [204 mph] entertaining, i would think that the authorities would have locked him up by now I wonder how he got almost 200 more hp out of a well developed mill that was belting out almost 500hp some where i read that the busa makes about 165 rwhp out of the box. |

I can certainly believe the 500 hp as there are actually some of those out there but the 700 hp ones are few and far between and not found tooling around as your daily driver. Look here--http://www.suzukihayabusa.org/forum/index.php?board=20.0 |

"...other than salt and strip, what do you do with it?.." There are afew possibilities: 1.Lose your license 2.Go splat; die 3.Become a cripple after fore-mentioned splat

Aren't those 700hp bikes just dyno queens that aren't even ridden? They just get rolled onto the dyno to compete... |

Nasty said: I've been faster. your profile says 163, 347 kph > 204 mph 204 > 163 Swespeed: did he go to jail or do the local police chase him for entertainment and practice? I wanted to watch GR4 but it was inop, the trailer was funny, "GR under cover" chases down a speeding biker on a police style bike, pulls him over walks up to the guy and gives him 2 thumbs up the other guy is kinda "huh, what"? Too funny! |

My hats off to ghost rider for awesome talent. As a former EMT I hope he never hits anyone else. Not that I care if he gets hurt (I don't). However, it would be very unfair to subject someone else to his mess. I have seen innocent drivers and passengers seriously traumatized by a fatal accident even when it was not their fault. I have also seen the result of 100mph+ accidents with cars..... Innocent people get very hurt and sometimes dead. Not to say I don't play hard (I do often) I do however pick my times and places very carefully in an attempt to minimize the risk to others. Heres to getting lucky! |

The guy is a nut doing that on public streets. We all fool around a bit, but as has been stated on this thread previously, most of us choose the circumstances with care. whether out of fear of imprisonment, or for the safety of others. The other people on the roads around Stockholm did not choose to participate in these "stunts". Seriously Un-cool. He needs to take it to the track to get his speed fix. They do that here I wonder if this guy is a film student or something and the "chases" are staged? (Message edited by oldog on January 22, 2006) |

What a beserker! jamming on the brakes hear the rear end clatter, wonder what the whine was as the rider slowed down, yeah you could see the rear end fish tail by watching the rider correct. "he" would tag the throttle and start to wheelie and then the front end drops and the revs go the red line under wheel spin wild to watch, had my pucker factor way up there for sure. Sadly when the governments get tired of these antics then the rice rocket race replicas will be banned,or governed. |
