ok the great lebowski sucked so hard i had to turn it off. after the five hundredth use of the F word, a character started waving a dot45 around a bowling alley. that is behavior I and my family do not consider to be entertaining. |

"JarHead" is another crappy one. My wife and I walked out of the theater in the middle of that one. I think we were well within our right to judge it and walk out, being we BOTH are active duty Marines. I think that movie is the worst thing to happen to the corps in the last 100yrs. Its depiction of marines is absolutely horrible. It does this branch such a great disservice, especially to people who dont know better. |

I'm still furious I wasted five bucks on Blade 3. (to rent it.) Oddly, it didn't make the list of ten worst movies filmed in Vancouver, which makes me wonder how awful Catwoman could be. |

"One of the worst movies ever must be that trash production 'Gangs of New York" To this day, that is the only movie I've ever actually walked out on. I've seen most of the stinkers on this thread too. Utter crap, that movie was, especially considering it's hype and the talent involved. What a load of bollocks. |

The original "Gone in 60 seconds". It really was all about the cars back then. Acting was an afterthought. |

Monty Python and the Holly Grail. The movie is funny as hell but an intermission 5 minutes before it ends? Oh and I never did understand the ending. |

gangs of new york was is as long as it is bad. can't stand leo decaprio in anything, and the movie wasn't anything at all like the book, which is more of an historical text. The book is great, believe it or not.... |

'Titanic', as an historical document of the ship itself, was outstanding. I've just watched a documentary where Bob Ballard dived on Titanic in a submersible. In the documentary comparisons were shown between real parts and items from the ship to those reproduced to make the movie. The attention to detail adhered to in making the movie as realistic as possible to mimic the ship was incredible. Wood carvings, chandeliers, staircases, controls on the bridge and in the radio room. You name it. Even the position of switches and levers were accurately portrayed in the movie, and these clues were used to establish exactly who did what at certain posts on the ship as she lay sinking. Where you see people playing football with the ice on the deck, based on eye witness accounts. All that computer stuff you see about how she broke up as she sank, all taken from the real simulation. Unfortunately though, some stuff in the movie, like the shooting scene, was total bollocks. That story was very sad and distressing as it turned out, for the family of that seaman wrongly portrayed. That's Hollywood! Rocket |

This may show MY age, but does anyone remember "Commander USA's Groovy Movies"? From noon to about 4:00 PM on the USA network before they had any kind of serious funding. You would get an old Zoro or Flash Gordon serial first thing, and then a really crappy sci-fi/horror/adventure/future-schlock Canadian cinema feature. Man, so bad it was great! Those would all be in the running here. Sorry to hear that Lebowski & Gangs are held in such a low regard. Really great pictures if you watch them in the right context. IMHO anyway. |

Sgtthigg: Don't wast your money on the book (Jarhead) either. I made it to about the last 50 pages and haven't picked it back up. While not a Marine, I can still say that it was one of the most horribly written books I have read. } |

Skeleton Key sucked with incredible thoroughness. Besides Kate Hudson being fun to look at, every single other element of the movie stunk. |

"waiting to exhale" By far the worst movie I've ever seen. You should give the Big Lebowski another chance. Watch it when the kids aren't around. |

The Fast & Furious series is the worst and its not over yet. I lost close to two hours of my life watching the first one and after a while I just wanted to turn it off but I had too much invested...I just wanted to see the Mopar race. But I did find out if you spray too much "NOS" that it will blow the floor boards of your car off and break the welds on your intake! And my other movie is Blame it on the Bellboy. Stay far far away from that one. |

There is only one candidate, The Terror of Tiny Town, the one and only midget Western. In it during the big chase scene the hero is riding tow different colored horses without dismounting. You can find it on the web for a bout $7.00. You'll thank me. |
