All I want is to get home. Haven't seen Pennsylvania for damn near a year now. Looking forward to Mom's cooking and seeing my buddies. Weather for Christmas weekend is suppose to be decent, gonna unwrap the Cyclone and take her out for a rip. Got a new Vanson for my 'self' Christmas present, that's not going to fit in a stocking, least not one that a girl I'd date would wear... |

Bought myself a 5 lb nitrous bottle for Aus trip and then went really crazy and bought that S-1 nuke blue/orange roller in the classified section. If the S-2 motor survives the races it is going in that. |

Fullpower: you spend a grand on a cat when you are getting ready to head out for work, and find your wife's 13 year old darling laying semi-rigid on your side of the bed. (where she never lays) then you pick her up and feel her body go totally limp just at the moment your wife walks through the door to tell you to have a good night at work. She sees the cat doing what we think is taking it's last breath and moments later we are headed for the emergency clinic in Daytona Beach. $300 later, we find out that she has some weird bacterial infection, and a huge lump sticking out of her belly. They get her stabilized with some megas doses of antibiotics and give her fluids. Then we leave her at the hospital overnight. The next day it's off to the cat specialist who takes X-rays and yes even an ultrasound. $700 dollars later at this place and you find that they managed to identify the bacteria and get the correct meds. They also found that she has tumors throughout her liver that are also causing the lumps on her side. Why not kill the cat instead?? Well my friend, the cat has been with my wife longer than any man or her children. The cat has been on constant companion, and is her child so to speak. Killing the cat would have guaranteed many months of sobbing anquish. To me, the $1,000 was well worth it to see the cat healthy and my wife smiling. Life is all good in the Casa De Moody. It will be a good Christmas!! |

I'm hoping for a Pit Bull front wheel stand. I know it will be a few days late. So I am hearing that the REAL Santa put a liter of "Don Julio 1942" in it. Not much of a drinker and I am not sure the seal will ever be broken. OK, OK, maybe on a special occasion. You know when Buell goes water cooled or something like that. |

I got some bags for my for my XB. The problem is they are for the S model not the R. Does any one know if the Buell saddle bags fit both the XB9S and the XB9R. Otherwise I need to swap them out with DaveS. They are different part numbers and I think it may only be the brackets that were sent with the bags But I want to be for sure before I mount them up. Also big Thanks to DaveS for helping the wife get the Bags. |
