On Friday I took my heads and cylinders from my M2 to Cycle Rama for the full on Wes Brown treatment. I have to say that I can't wait to get them back and see what it will do with the new cams and the head work.. I will try and find the old dyno sheet and after I get it broken in I will take it back to the same dyno to get a good before and after comparo. Hi Pammy. I real enjoyed the conversation we had.. Tell Wes to get to work on my heads Just kidding. |

Ok, here are the details that I have Andrews N80 cams. 1.850 intake valves 1.570 exhaust valves Performance valve spring kit. Every thing else is up to Wes. I did not ask what the compression would be. I told Wes that I wanted an engine that is street able and hold up on the track and he put together a package that he says should give me in the neighborhood of 115 to 120 HP.. My cylinders and pistons will remain stock if they are within limits. If not the cylinders will be bored and new pistons will be installed.. I can't wait |

Frank, Wes assures me I can use what I have(stock header and supertrapp slip on) with no problems.. We shall see. |

Dave... I kept my stock header and Borla slip-on when Cycle-Rama did my work and I believe it put out in the "neighborhood" of 115 hp. Now that was quite a few years ago, so yeah... Wes might be able to squeeze a few more ponies out for you now. Although I guess that I would be hard pressed to detect the difference between 115 and 120. BTW.... well over 50,000 miles and still running strong! Good luck and have fun! Steve |

Oh, I forgot.. I will be using a Daytona Twin Tec ignition and single fire coil per Cycle-Rama 's suggestion |

Cool once I get my bike back together. I can compare dyno's since we will have nearly the same setup. I've not seen very many guys using the N80 cam. |

One thing is certain . . . you will soon have a very powerful motorcycle. |
