If you plan on letting that Carrithers jackass preface EVERY thing he writes about Buells with the same bullshit he started the Ulysses article with, then he should do the same for every make with which he's EVER had a problem. For every review he writes from now on. Please let Mr. Carrithers know that I'm very sorry he's had problems with a Buell motorcycle way back when and that he should seek professional psychiatric help if he's been so emotionally scarred by that experience. | ||

I thought his article was full of subliminal negative crap as well. Regardless of what good he had to say there was always a negative quip to add with it. That is poor journalism IMO! | ||

Do you have an e-mail address for him at the mag? I have the same concern about the guy. Too bad he couldn't be there for the big media launch in Colorado last year. Mostly praise from all those that attended it from what I understand. | ||

the (poor) reason that i subscribe to Motorcyclist is that it was only 10 bucks for the year, and winter lasts 6 months around here, and i thought that even a lousy motorcycle magazine was better than NO magazine. i also get Cycle World (don't want to miss anything Kevin Cameron writes) and of course Motorcycle Consumer News, which i wont do without, despite the extreme bias in favor of liquid-cooled short stroke 4 cylinder asian machinery from an un-named island nation which recently was in the news for nearly apologizing for the rape and murder of 300,000 human beings known collectively as the Rape of Nanking. | ||
