I don't know what happened to the thread but I was just answering the question when it vanished? Stealth...... A friend of mine is selling that particular Roof. If you want it let me know and I'll see what I can do? If you're interested in buying the exact one you mention, medium - matte black, look here at S.A.S motorcycles. Rocket, Do you know anybody in the UK who sells a Union Jack helmet sticker , the flowing kind similar to the paintjob Alan Cathcart has on his helmet. I have tried to find something like this but no luck so far ! | ||

Can't say as I do. I'm still looking for 'Walker the Stalker' stickers for someone else from ages ago. You can if you know a print shop with the right equipment have anything made into a sticker or a water slide transfer. My friend can do this stuff in his print shop but it's time consuming for one off's and thus expensive. I'll keep my eyes open. Rocket | ||

LOL I looked at the auction again and realized you were bidding not selling and I figured you would not have any answers to my questions yet. Just wondering what your impressions of the helmet are. As soon as I came come up with a few bucks I may contact you. I really have not had any luck on eBay with these helmets. | ||

Stealth, I spoke with my friend today who's selling the Roof helmet and he tells me he rode with it on one journey, in the rain as it happens, and he said it's the worst helmet he's ever ridden with for visor misting. There's no ventilation built into the helmet and he said when you lift the visor the rain runs onto your nose. He also said it's a noisy helmet too and he didn't favour the construction regarding the front lifting mechanism. Obviously he advised me not to buy one ever. Please don't bid on it then.  Rocket |
