My local Buell dealer final got a Uly in and I was shocked.

It's not too tall!

Even with my short 29-30" in seam I sat on the Uly with the standard seat and I can live with it. I tip toe, yes but can hold the bike straight up no problem. I can flat foot my left and hold the rear brake with my right. I can live with that. On the seat, the peg orientation is good. Allot of distance for leg comfort and the seat feels as good as my Corbin on the M2. I think I would want the low seat for two up riding, I would have more control of the bike to counter the extra weight.

Over all the bike is great. The fit & finish is as good, or better than my Honda. If I would change anything, I would add more wind protection and cruise control. Cruise on a dirt bike? Well, why not it's a Buell, you do not have to follow any rules.

I want to try one with the low seat. Think I might be able to flat foot it then.

Carlos,

It looks like I got you beat in the 'low hanging fruit department'...
1313 on a Uly
Sitting on the bike with legs stretched out all the way there was about 3-4 inches before paydirt for my left foot and about 6 inches for my right. If I shift to the left a little I can put my left foot down, but am not able to get the bike up so the sidestand can be brought up with confidence.

Sorry for the blurry pic, but maybe Court's comments from the Homecoming pics are 'accurate statements'...
