I'm trying to switch the indicators to LED and I am not getting it right. They come on but don't blink with the standard switch. I changed out the 3-pin flasher relay and don't get the lights to come on at all. Does anyone know what is the right way to get LED indicators to work?

Old thread, but any update? I'm planning to replace mine with LEDs.

LEDs need a special flasher relay, since they don’t draw much power.
