Hi all, I want to use the tach signal wire (if I recall correctly, pink wire) to trigger something external event. Can anyone confirm on a standard twin fire ignition, is there two tach pulses every revolution of the crank? As in from zero degree, 45 degree signal, 90 degree signal, then nothing for the next 270 degrees? So, in order to reference the true engine speed, it would represent tach signal (on the pink wire) divided by two? Thanks. |
