I've ordered these, and have them on the shelf, but have not yet confirmed they are a perfect fit. I think they are though, and fortunately for you the XT has a bad low fuel level sensor, so I'll confirm these as correct pretty soon. Available from many places, this vendor made it easy to order online, tracked the order well, and shipped quickly. http://www.orings-online.com/151-oring-75-duro-bro wn-fkm-viton-qty-5/ -151 ORING 75 DURO BROWN FKM/VITON QTY 5 3" ID 3-3/16" OD 3/32" TH AS568-151 75 DURO BROWN FKM 3" ID 3-3/16" OD 3/32" CS QTY: 5 D2000 M6HK810, A1-10, B38, EF31, EO88, F15 ACTUAL DIMENSIONS: 2.987" ID 3.193" OD .103" CS |

Confirmed. Those are perfect OEM replacements. And the low fuel sensor appears to be a 1k NTC thermistor in a metal can with some ports to allow it to be immersed in fuel. The actual thermistor is a little different then a normal one, it is a larger exposed element with no obvious epoxy / ceramic cover. So buy the factory one while you can still get it (it's under $20), but if they go away, I bet we can make a good substitute without too much grief. |
