Author Message   Redbuell1203 Posted on Sunday, July 12, 2015 - 03:21 pm:        I just changed all my top end gaskets because I thought that was were my oil leak was coming from. Got everything done and went for a few minute ride and and noticed that I have a leak coming from the top left motor mount that bolts onto the head if sitting on the bike. Any ideas?   Akbuell Posted on Sunday, July 12, 2015 - 06:20 pm:        I would take the tank off, and then do a really good cleaning of the front head, using something like EngineBrite or similar. Once sure any 'leftover' oil from the possible leaking gaskets was gone, take another ride, and check again. If you are sure the leak is from the motor mount bolt area, take a strong light and a magnifying glass and look for cracks in the head in that area, as that is all I can think of that would leak in that area, IF the other gaskets are fine. . . .
