On a Mikuni, it seems the float is secured in place by a screw that acts as a retainer for the pivot pin on one side. With the screw tightened up, the float doesn't move freely. It does move slowly. Am I missing a part?

Thanks, Ralph. No missing part. #68 is the screw in question. It seems there is friction between the pin and the float bracket. I had thought it was all one piece. (Working too fast as my daylight was fading.) I'll try cleaning that out.
