Anybody use synthetic ATF in their primary? It's all I use with the slipper clutch in both racebikes with the Alto-Carbonite clutch plates. EBR Link - Racing Slipper Alto Carbonite clutch plates Wonder how it might work with the stock clutch. Anybody try it? Any Thoughts? I'm thinking that as much as the racing slipper sees with the abuse of a racing start and hard down-shifting, it might do well with a stock primary. I'm sending a question in to the Amsoil tech. Will post back here. (Message edited by slaughter on June 28, 2014) |

ATF type F is like $1.69 per quart, and works fantastic in all my two stroke dirt bikes (with wet clutches). It has near supernatural levels of detergents, it cleans everything it touches. Never had the guts to run it in the Buell, mainly because of concerns about the stator. But I've been tempted. |
