HI
I need someone to point me in the right direction....
About a week ago I was driving home from work when I suddenly lost a lot of Power and the bike starts to sputter and behaving bad. I did a TPS reset which didnīt really help. Went back and did Another one + changed spark plugs and cleaned the butterfly valve in the throttle body. I also added some injector cleaner in to the fuel. Took it for a test drive it still runs very bad and the closed loop part of the rpm seems to be the worst.

Tested the TPS sensor and it shows 5V feeding current and 1,14V - 4,67V when twisting the throttle, no fluctuation.
So this seems to be fine.

Checked for intake leaks by spraying some ether on the seals, no reaction. Even though this was a bit hard since it wonīt stay on idle.

There are no present trouble codes.

Anyone got ideas?

Hi again, This weekend I tried to work a Little on the bike, temperature was a lot nicer around 20°C so I think this influenced enough so the the bike would idle if I turned the idle screw all the way. I Went out for a test drive to let the ECM re set the AFV.Itīs running a bit rough and it feels like itīs lost a lot of power. I got back ad took these photos of the scree in ECM spy. AFV at 85%...?? I live close to sea level.
Can anyone see anything strange?

Is it backfiring when it comes back from the stumble? What does the tach show when it is stumbling? Got access to an oscilloscope?

If you are getting backfires when it comes back online, and if the tach needle is going *up* or dropping out when the stumbling is happening, it could be a crank position sensor. The easiest way to check it is with an oscilloscope, and you can get a dandy little pocket sized one for under $100 USD these days (though it will take some time to learn to use it)
