What would the compression ratio be when using XB12 pistons in a XB9?

I understand that when 9 pistons are used in a 12, you get a 12:1 or so compression ratio, so what about the other way? Maybe a kit intended as a bolt on 1250 kit for a 12 would give you forged pistons and a reasonably low compression ratio in a 9. Is that how it would work or no?

Talked to Aaron at Hammer and a 1250 kit basically would be a low compression 1050 8.8:1. Flat tops would be 8.5:1. Kinda what I was wondering. Just in case anyone is interested.
